3. Delivery

  • The Company partners with some Hong Kong based transportation service providers to provide a highly efficient and cost effective delivery service.
  • You shall ensure that a person of a reasonable age who is authorized to receive for the order at the specified time of delivery at the specified address.
  • Delivery services may be delayed due to heavy rainstorm and bad weather.
  • No delivery services shall be available on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays; and when Black Rainstorm Signal or Typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.

4. Cancel, Return and Refund

  • Only a partial refund would be allowed, if cancelling the order after the products have been packed, an admin charge of HKD20 will be deducted from the total amount.
  • You are recommended to contact us immediately after receiving the products should there be any issues. Requests for replacement or refund will only be considered within 3 working days after delivery.
  • Product photos on this site are for reference only, and may deviate from the actual products due to the quality of the photos. Such deviations, if any, do not act as a ground for replacement and refund.
  • All return and refund requests are subject to the final decision of the Company.

5. Force Majeure

  • If the Company is prevented in the performance of the services it offers on this site by reason of act of God, fire, flood, casualty, accident or other natural disaster, strikes, labour disputes, shortage of labour or lack of skilled labour, shortage or unavailability of products or raw materials, delay in transit or other causes that beyond the reasonable control of the Company, the Company shall be excused from such performance to the extent of such prevention.
